Covid Compliance

- All Fair participants (vendors, guests & staff) will be required to wear masks indoors at all times

- There will be no indoor food service or dining

- Limit the total number of occupants to 50% of fire capacity. 220 in HS Commons and 400 in HS Gym

Additional notes:

There will be a covered outdoor seating area with heaters on the backside of the School where guests will not be required to wear masks.

We will have a Covid compliance staff member on site to regulate the number of participants allowed in the Fair. Our plan is to welcome guests into the Fair through our primary entrance at the Commons; once the Commons is at capacity we will temporarily close that entrance and send new shoppers directly into the Gym until that space is also at capacity at which point we will shift the entrance back to the Commons. We believe this system will allow us to accommodate as many shoppers as possible while staying within a safe occupancy.
