As a part of the Food Bank growers, the Swan Farm Food Bank Garden grows a wide array of vegetables, herbs, and flowers for the Tri-Area Food Bank.

Volunteers weed, plant, harvest, and maintain raised beds and a hoop house to ensure a diversity of crops can be provided to food bank clients.

With organic methods, the Food Bank Growers aim to ensure that nutritionally dense foods can sustain and nourish out Jefferson County neighbors.

Using an educational approach to gardening, volunteers can use learned skills in their own gardens and feel enriched in their volunteer experience.
